國立高雄科技大學(NKUST)企業管理系與來自日本的豐田汽車公司(Toyota Motor Corporation),於2024年12月16日合作舉辦了一場以「#豐田數位轉型」為主題的體驗課程。本次活動邀請超過一百位學生參與,透過精彩的講座與體驗活動,展現數位科技在商業與管理中的多元應用。
The Department of Business Administration at National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (NKUST) collaborated with Japan’s Toyota Motor Corporation to host an event on December 16, 2024, centered on the theme “Toyota Digital Transformation.” Over 100 students attended the event, which showcased the diverse applications of digital technology in business and management through engaging lectures and interactive activities.

課程特別邀請豐田汽車數位轉型推進部總專案經理 #宮原俊治 先生(Shunji Miyahara)蒞臨現場,分享豐田在數位轉型領域的寶貴經驗,並以理論結合實務,講解數位工具如何重塑汽車產業,並分享豐田在台灣及國際市場的實際經驗與未來發展藍圖。此外,宮原經理也勉勵學生在數位時代的挑戰中,勇於發掘自身潛力,積極迎接變革。
Mr. Shunji Miyahara, Project General Manager from the Digital Revolution Group at Toyota Motor Corporation, was invited to share Toyota's invaluable experience in digital transformation. He explained how digital tools are reshaping the automotive industry by integrating theory with practical applications. Additionally, he provided insights into Toyota's experiences and future development plans in both the Taiwan and international markets. Mr. Miyahara also encouraged students to unlock their potential and confidently embrace the challenges of the digital era.

緊接著演講之後的體驗活動分為室內與戶外兩大部分。室內現場應用 #AI技術的虛擬實境(#VR)設備,透過 #眼動追蹤 與顧客行為分析等科技,讓學生體驗數位工具如何影響消費者體驗與行銷策略。同時參與顧客訪談活動,模擬市場研究調查,共同探討 #Z世代 對汽車產品的偏好及需求。戶外活動則以互動展示為主,三輛不同款式的汽車在校園內展出,讓學生有機會近距離觀察不同車款的設計與功能,評估對不同功能與設計的偏好。
The experiential activities following the speech were divided into two main sections: indoor and outdoor. The indoor area featured AI-enabled virtual reality (VR) equipment, allowing students to experience the impact of digital tools on consumer experiences and marketing strategies through eye-tracking and customer behavior analysis. Students also engaged in customer interviews and simulated market research surveys to explore Generation Z's preferences and needs for automotive products. The outdoor activities focused on interactive displays, showcasing three different car models on campus. This gave students a unique opportunity to closely observe the design and functions of various vehicles and evaluate their preferences for different features and styles.

企業管理系系主任王崇昱指出,能夠有國際知名企業豐田蒞校分享,對我們的師生而言是一個難能可貴的學習機會。本次課程不僅展示了數位轉型的實際應用,也啟發學生如何運用科技應對未來的商業挑戰。參與的學生也表示,透過演講與體驗活動,對汽車產業的了解又多了一些,也體驗到如何用新科技協助企業進行市場調查。本次活動不僅分享了產業界運用數位工具提升產品開發效率與優化行銷策略的實務經驗,更為參與的師生帶來了一場深刻且難忘的學習盛宴。
Mr. Wang Chung-Yu, Head of the Department of Business Administration, emphasized that it was a valuable learning opportunity for our students and faculty to have Toyota, a renowned international company, to come and share with us. The event not only showcased the practical application of digital transformation, but also inspired students to explore how technology can address future business challenges. Participating students said the presentations and activities helped them better understand the automotive industry. They also learned how new technologies assist companies in market research. The event shared practical ways to use digital tools to improve product development and marketing. It provided a meaningful and unforgettable learning experience for both students and faculty.
