§ Undergraduate Program:
Our department places a strong emphasis on the integration of theory and practice in order to provide students with a well-rounded education. Through a combination of lectures delivered by faculty members and industry professionals, as well as internships in reputable companies, students gain practical training that prepares them for the workforce. The curriculum for the undergraduate program is designed to cover key areas such as production, finance, marketing, human resources, and information management, and is regularly updated to align with industry trends. We are proud to have a team of teachers who specialize in these areas and possess extensive practical experience. In addition, our department boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including a business simulation laboratory equipped with software like BOSS, which enables students to enhance their industry analysis and decision-making skills through virtual business competitions. We also have an enterprise digitization laboratory that provides students with hands-on experience in utilizing software for enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM), thereby developing their proficiency in information system applications. Furthermore, our multimedia laboratory offers students a range of resources for activities such as filming, editing, live streaming, and simulation.

§ Master's Program:
(1) Our department's master's program is grounded in general management theory and management science, with a strong emphasis on the integration of theory and practical experience. Our goal is to cultivate professionals who possess a deep understanding of both theoretical concepts and practical application.
(2) The primary research areas within our department encompass various functional aspects of enterprise management, including marketing management, enterprise digitization, and organizational theory and strategic planning.
