摘要 結果分析顯示，現行考成表之指標項目確有增減之必要，尤以新增之 「招商活動效益」和「環境保護措施」二項指標最為顯著；而新建立之考 成表的權重分配較原設計更趨於妥適合理，其中「業務經營」面向之差異 較大。本研究除可補相關學術文獻之不足外，實務上具有立即可行性之優 點，並可供業管單位年度研擬工作考成計畫之參考。
