摘要 研究結果顯示有鑑於該產業設備的特殊性，在採購活動執行中著重於 企業內部風險構面，因內部風險在企業採購執行過程有絕對的控制權，其 風險衡量權重結果「交期、市場、自然、品質、成本、技術」等風險為採 購人員首要關注，而其次為「計畫、匯兌、政治、物流」等風險，該產業 採購型態特殊，通常面臨急單效應以及外部風險之市場物料供不應求狀況 因應對策，即是採取以較高成本來換取短交期、高品質的商品來滿足製造 廠的需求。而唯有提升風險控管能力來降低企業損失才是當今採購重要課 題。交期風險」為該產業採購人員職責之首要。
