Abstract 本研究共回收445 份問卷,有效問卷410 份。透過假設驗證,研究結 果顯示,大部份人口統計變數與服務創新活動的整體會員滿意度,皆會顯 著影響會員忠誠度。此外根據上述研究,針對研究對象所屬的工會進行服 務環境面的實地觀察與分析,希望對非營利組織在有效提升競爭力的方向 有所助益。
