Abstract 研究結論如下: 1. 內部行銷對工作績效有顯著正向影響。 2. 內部行銷對員工心理契約有顯著正向影響。 3. 員工心理契約對工作績效有顯著正向影響。 4. 內部行銷會透過心理契約的中介效果間接影響工作績效。 本研究建議包含:(1) 重視第一線員工之直屬主管選用與培訓(2) 持續重視員工教育訓練 (3) 重視服務熱忱的企業理念推動。
