Abstract | 調查對象之母體範圍以本論文研究者任職之資訊公司大型有效客戶內部 的資訊人員或資訊主管為研究樣本。問卷方式採線上填寫,於2012 年2 月至3 月一 個月期間共發出500 份網路問卷,回收有效問卷共214 份,有效問卷回收率為42.8%。 本研究結果發現企業對桌面虛擬化的採用主要受到「環境」、「組織」、「資訊 科技創新特性」、「知覺有用性」五個因素的影響,而「知覺易用性」對「知覺有 用性」及「採用意圖」的影響則不顯著。「知覺有用性」受到「成本負擔」、「擴 展性」、「相容性」、「外部環境推力」及「產業競爭變動 |
