Abstract 本研究最終評估模式,採取逐步區別分析與決策樹交互運用,其有 助於保險業者在進行優良顧客留存分類判別與準客戶篩選時,加速對顧 客的屬性的判斷,對於A級優良顧客則施以更完備且有效的行銷策略,可 達到減少成本增加利潤的最大功效,並將顧客分群管理,在日益競爭的 壽險市場,以最短的時間,最快速的行動,最有效率的策略,運作於實 務上業務拓展,經營效率提升。
