Abstract 本研究應用內容分析法,收集與品質成本有關的項目,並透過專家訪 談與問卷的方式,歸納出企業對供應商遴選中較具影響性的品質成本項 目,再透過分析層級程序法計算權重,將品質成本的四大類:預防成本、 鑑定成本、內部失敗成本、外部失敗成本及下一階層的21 項衡量屬性, 歸納出各項準則與評估屬性的重要度,以作為供應商評選時在品質成本項 目的參考依據,並作為未來要求供應商的改善重點。
